Common questions
Do I need a truck licence?
No — every one-way truck and van in our fleet drives on a standard Australian car licence.
Can I take passengers?
Yes — our moving trucks seat up to three people, so the household can travel together with the load.
What if I need more days or kilometres?
Add extra days and extra kilometres during booking — the price updates instantly, still GST inclusive.
Is there a bond?
A refundable security bond applies, explained clearly before you pay. Damage protection with a $6,500 excess is already included; excess reduction is available at checkout.
